The One Show is one of the biggest award shows in advertising. And every advertising creative desires a One Show Pencil, but do they deserve one? We explored that concept in the Wheel of Karma.  We gamified the award show entries and rewarded people who watched them. The more submissions you watch, the more chances you had to gain career experience from the Ad Gods.
